All of a sudden, after trying to start up the game this afternoon, at the main menu the "Checking Downloadable Content" keeps popping up and I can't select anything from the menu.
I've tried Offline mode in Origin and unplugging the modem before starting the game up, and everything works fine until I plug the modem back in and get on Origin. This wouldn't really be a problem, but I was wanting to play some MP, so I'm sure you can see the conundrum I'm in! I've seen a few fixes to get this back to work on the XBox, but nothing for PC. Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue?
Go to Solution. Well, I'm not sure how, but it seems to be fixed. And after reading this, my DA2 copy was also going through a pretty large update at the time, so it could've been that. Since there were many possibilities as to what was the solution for me at least , I'll go ahead and close this out.
