I can't find anything that has to do with iCloud in Control Panel; it may be differant from a Mac or your type of computer. Also, in iTunes where would my music have gone? Now to get rid of it, because as JG said, it steals everything, removes your lists and quite frankly is just a pain in the butt. Somebody has stated that JG doesnt have iCloud, so therefore it cannot be removed. We have had the exact same issue. You have to disable the iCloud through preferences AFTER you back up your music! Then move all the music back. Real fun.
As for imported Cd's, I think you have to import them again. After you fix your itunes. I did not have any of these issues before this little cloud made an appearance.
